Intellectual Property
Dextero exclusively owns all rights to the Actify Platform – including source code, UI/UX, architecture, APIs, and business logic. The Actify brand is trademarked under Class 42 for software and platform services.
License Terms
Clients receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use their deployed instance of Actify solely for the agreed project. Redistribution, reverse engineering, and reuse outside the project scope are strictly prohibited.
Vendor & Third-Party Access
Vendors may only work on the Actify platform with prior written consent from Dextero. Transitions must be executed under a tri-party agreement to protect platform integrity.
Confidentiality
Clients and vendors must treat all platform-related information as confidential. NDAs are required before access is granted to source code, deployment logic, or business configurations.
Marketing & Testimonials
Clients may be featured in case studies, webinars, and sales engagements.
Commercial Collaborations
We support co-marketing, affiliate referrals, and channel partnerships. Revenue-sharing, lead generation incentives, and co-branded events are available based on mutual agreement.
Professional Services
Dextero offers implementation, AI/ML integration, workflow automation, and customization services on request. All such services are governed by dedicated SOWs or SLAs.
Compliance & Audit
Dextero retains the right to conduct periodic audits to ensure license compliance. Open-source and third-party components used in Actify are appropriately licensed.
Global Applicability
These terms apply across all geographies. Whether you deploy Actify in India or overseas, the same ownership, licensing, and confidentiality protections hold.
